Pattern Corrections

Dang it, I'm a quilter not an engineer!"

I've spent a great deal of time writing our patterns and have them tested by some wonderful quilters. Every effort has been made to ensure that all patterns are error free. That being said, we are all human and sometimes something gets by us, could be explained in a clearer way or technology gets updated (references from websites come and go). When errors are brought to my attention, I make every effort to correct and post a revision as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding my patterns, please feel free to email me.

Among the Trees - Quantity of tree bark fabric needed: If the wood grain runs parallel to (along the selvedge)  Woodgrain fabric by Henry Glass available at Colorado Creations Quilting  then 3/4 yard is good.  If the wood grain runs perpendicular to the selvage Woodgrain fabric by Henry Glass available at Colorado Creations Quilting  then I suggest 1 yard.

Bargello Flag - On step #6, after top stitching, you should cut away the excess cream fabric (behind the flag area) so that you only have one layer of fabric (the flag).

Dancing Dolphins-In early pattern versions reference is made to a website for creating an artist binding.  The pictures are no longer on the site-not cool! So please take a look at our tutorial on how to make an artist binding here.

Daydream Blossoms- In the first version on page 1 in the cutting chart Coordinates A, B, and C asks you to cut two
2 1/2" x 20 1/2" rectangles.  The correct size should be to cut two 2 1/2" x 10 1/2" rectangles for each coordinate A, B, and C.
